Welcome to the WebguardTM Information and Introduction Page
Use of the system requires MicrosoftTM Internet ExplorerTM version 5.5 or greater. The system uses an ActiveX control and is verified NOT to work with Netscape, Opera, and other non-MicrosoftTM browsers.
Connection speed is important, as 4 separate video streams are being sent to your computer. It is recommended that the IDR demo be viewed on a broadband connection such as DSL or digital cable.
Instructions for logging on:

The following link will download and start Webguard. This instructions page will remain open for reference. The loading may take up to a minute or so, depending on your connection speed.

If it is your first time viewing the demo, you will be asked to allow an ActiveX control to be downloaded. The ActiveX control is signed and authenticated for your security. Select "Yes" to allow the download and installation of the required ActiveX control.

The application will load, and a login screen will appear. Type in the following credentials and click "OK":
UserID: guest
Password: <intentionally blank>

The application will begin to seek the IDR computer, located at RVJ’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA. In a few seconds, the search window should change to:
"Remote -> Success"
and the login screen will disappear. If you receive any other message, please contact us at 703-519-7400, extension 110, and we will assist you in resolving the connection issue.
At this point, you should be logged into the IDR Demo system, and you should see an image of our reception area.
