RVJ International is proud of its relationship with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The DEA has relied upon RVJ's expertise for a wide range of its mission-critical activities. Through advanced technological solutions, we have facilitated operations for DEA's mail management, vehicle tracking, shipment and supplies monitoring, copier and printer duplication services. We've even integrated cost tracking management, budget data and vendor resources into each system.
DEA also looks to RVJ for assistance with its Software Life Cycle Management system, helping to standardize agency procedures for its software development. We've designed systems to aid in deputizing local law enforcement personnel for DEA-coordinated tasks. We've also used innovative technology to help DEA with a key undertaking: processing its security clearances quickly and accurately. We are pleased to have earned the DEA's continued trust with its critical systems development.
One example of our work is the DEA Data Warehousing Initiative. This project began in 1998 and links access to legacy applications and newly developed applications. RVJ is the technical lead and project manager. We designed an answer that wove a number of business software applications into a total solution.
Profile: RVJ & HUD Help Families Find New Homes
For several years, RVJ has been providing onsite support services for the Multifamily Tenant Characteristics (MTC) Data Collection Hotline, which supplies assistance to housing agencies across the nation. We also provide support for the Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) Data Collection Hotline. This integrated hotline/database system helps local housing agencies, owners, management agents and sponsors to help families. For both MTC and TRACS, we also produce and distribute Information Packets for each release and modification to the system. RVJ is pleased to be working with Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to connect a variety of parties in their efforts to help American families.
Profile: RVJ & the U.S. Navy Are Building Strong, Cost-Effective Systems
At the Naval Surface
Warfare Center (NSWC), the U.S. Navy is engaged in production
contracts with numerous prime contractors such as Martin Marietta,
Hughes Aircraft and Grumman. RVJ analyzes those contractors' cost
and schedule posture. This involves the collection of raw data and
the interpretation/evaluation of the data for managing the production
programs. Inherent in contractors' cost and schedule performance are
risks associated with vendor supply schedules, production line failures
and failed tests.
RVJ provided support to collect and assemble contractor data and
develop methods that facilitate cost data acquisition, storage, analysis,
reports and graphic representations in order to support risk management
in the areas of technical, cost and schedule impact. The automated
methodologies for accomplishing these tasks are tailored to provide
a mechanism to support timely decisions ranging in scope and complexity
from acquisition streamlining options to more comprehensive risk abatement
alternatives. This is just one of many projects on which RVJ is honored
to team with the U.S. Navy.
