John B. Jones, CEO

Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Masters of Science in Physics. He has also completed graduate courses in Relativity Theory, Nuclear Reactor Control, Statistical Mechanics, Tensor Analysis, Advanced Calculus, Quantum Electrodynamics, and Quantum Mechanics. He has over 25 years of management experience in the fields of computer science, engineering, and logistics. Mr. Jones has served in the following business management positions:

• General Manager, Professional Management Associates
• Executive Director, Executive Resource Associates
• Vice President, Maxima Corporation
• Manager, Center for Naval Analysis


As a Program Manager, Mr. Jones managed several large and challenging projects which include the:


• U.S.Navy (NADOC) - a $70 million contract to maintain a financial management program for a $2 billion enterprise
• Department of Defense - various programs such as the AV-8B Harrier Aircraft Weapons System, the SQL-32 Electronic Countermeasures System, the Navy's Vertical Launching System for cruise missiles, and the Enhanced Multi-Purpose Signal Processor (EMSP).

These and other projects have involved the management of large staff, complex requirements, and large budgets to fulfill the requirements of numerous customers. Mr. Jones, one of RVJ's co-founders, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to RVJ and its clients.
